Allyship
STRENGTHEN ALLIES. SHARE RESPONSIBILITY. PROTECT DIVERSITY.
Allyship means more than just standing by: actively supporting marginalized people. Many people find it difficult to overcome their uncertainty and become visible as allies.
This training raises awareness of the role allies can play in everyday situations and shows how discrimination can be addressed actively. Participants learn how to support those affected, navigate difficult conversations with confidence, and model solidarity. In this way, allyship becomes a natural part of workplace culture.

- Reducing the burden on leaders and support functionsWhen employees intervene earlier in everyday situations and act in solidarity, the workload at the formal level is reduced.
- Strengthening an inclusive employer positionCredible allyship helps the organization not only communicate about diversity but make it visible in everyday working life.
WHAT MAKES THIS TRAINING STAND OUT
- Working through real-world situationsParticipants reflect on typical workplace situations and develop practical ways to address discrimination and support those affected.
- Critically reflecting on one’s own roleThe training creates space to recognize personal privilege, uncertainty, and behavioral patterns and to develop a credible role as an ally.
